my studio balcony room was super clean, it was very spacious for a single traveler. breakfast included a wide selection of pastries and fresh fruit, i certainly started my day well.

the street outside was occasionally noisy at night, though earplugs helped.

The location was really convenient. It was only ten minutes by foot to Jorge's Castle, though it took thirty minutes to walk to the main hub. I liked that Route 28e tram passed nearby.

The breakfast area felt quite cramped. The tables were very close together, though the breakfast itself was sufficient.

the rooms had excellent finishes and felt quite safe. the location near alfama proved convenient for exploring. the staff was very helpful and friendly.

soundproofing could be improved, especially regarding sounds from neighboring rooms.
